FTS = Fabric Tension System = System for constant fabric tension.
The FTS system is used for the electrical operation of awnings whose fabric tends to sink by bridging a horizontal or inclined surface. The precise control of two tubular motors, on both ends of the fabric, keeps the fabric taut. Application, among others, in terrace canopies.
The FTS system is comprised of two specific tubular motors and an FTS control box. One tubular motor is mounted in the roller tube of the fabric (fabric motor). The second tubular motor is mounted in the roller tube for the belts (belt motor). The motors may only be installed horizontally.
Limit switch capacity: 46 rpm (for SOGEMINI25/17) and 35 rpm (for SOORION55/17).
