The strong awning classic is used in the areas of articulated arms, drop arm awnings and window awnings. The worm gear has a good efficiency and a safe self-locking in the range of the maximum output torque. A built-in brake spring prevents the awning from running out in the event of an alternating load, e.g. due to wind. The brake spring ensures jerk-free extension of the awning, as the worm wheel is mounted in plastic bushings. A special grease of the best quality is used for lubrication.
